To be young and in love. Where is best to begin?

Being seventeen and feeling in love sometimes feels like a struggle; not because of the relationship itself, but due to the way others see you. Everyone says it won't last, you see their reasoning. Its a time of change and adventure, new beginnings and endings. There's the inevitable part where we leave for university, find a job, or don't.  And that part is always looming. No one can predict where the fate lies, I know this; you know this. But there will always be something so frustrating about the older generation dictating that young love is only ever temporary. In life, everything is temporary, but temporary feeling and emotion creates a lasting change in a person, even if the relationship is not so lasting. My point is that young love is an experience and a journey that lasts within every one of us, regardless of whether you marry him or not. Young love is so confusing and fiercely naïve. Its feelings are unique; a multitude of mismatched emotion swarms those infected- some feelings new, some familiar. I want to express that young love, whilst confusing, misinformed and painful, is valid. It's important and so consuming. My depiction of young love aims to summarise all of the above, though a series of personal imagery based on true feeling.
